This Privacy Policy describes how Glen Oak Dental (“we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit glenoakdental.ca, submit a form on our website, or respond to one of our advertisements on Facebook or Instagram. When you fill out a contact form, book or request an appointment, or submit a lead form through one of our Facebook or Instagram ads, we may collect:

- The service you are interested in and any message you choose to send us

Please do not include detailed medical or dental history in a web or ad form. We will collect any health information we need for your care directly, during your visit or a phone call.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website we automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
How we use your information
- To respond to you: to call, text or email you about your enquiry and to book, confirm or remind you about appointments.
- To provide dental care: to prepare for and deliver the services you request.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a lead form inside a Facebook or Instagram ad, the information you enter is collected by Meta Platforms and passed to Glen Oak Dental so we can contact you about your enquiry. Meta’s own handling of that information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy. We use the details only to respond to your request and to follow up about the service you asked about.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies from the following providers:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: to measure website traffic and form submissions.
- Meta Pixel (where enabled): to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising.
